We managed the full operation of one of Australia’s most exciting pop up restaurants over 8 weeks in Sydney

Tourism Australia joined forces with global star and MasterChef presenter, Jock Zonfrillo to bring Restaurant Orana to Sydney as a pop up from South Australia. The pop up required full service operational set up, theming, custom fit out, all new services and hospitality staff to be hired.
