Hannah is a global sponsorship expert and creative event strategist with 25+ years in the food, wine, and lifestyle space. Formerly Managing Director of Culinary Events at IMG Asia Pacific, she’s led major festivals across Australia and Asia, secured high-value partnerships with global brands and government, and worked alongside culinary icons like Gordon Ramsay and Nigella Lawson. Known for her deep networks and commercial acumen, she brings talent, storytelling, and strategy together to deliver experiences with purpose.

Naomi previously ran the Food portfolio of events at IMG including launching Margaret RIver Gourmet Escape and Top Gear Live in Australia , and launched Orana restaurant with Jock Zonfrillo. She leads the marketing and communications strategies for all events and oversees all production.

Holly brings experience from the UK festival space (notably working on large-scale major events; Chris Evans' CarFest and Tom Kerridge's Pub in the Park). Holly leads talent programming for Pair’d Margaret River Region and Parrtjima festivals, specialising in sponsorship, marketing, and experiential programming that connects brands, audiences, and events. She is a detail-oriented and commercially driven partnerships manager.

Billie is our Account Manager for Parrtjima and a creative producer with extensive experience delivering large-scale public events, art activations, and brand experiences for councils, government, and hospitality clients. She has collaborated with UAP, Funstudio, and Buffet Digital on projects including City of Sydney’s Art & About, Transport for NSW, UTS, TOGA’s Wunderlich Lane Launch, Westpac OpenAir, and IMG’s Vivid Fire Kitchen.

She is a self-taught cook and has worked with some of the world’s best food producers, academics, activists, and chefs. A food and event curator, consultant, TV presenter, activist, author(eight published books), regenerative farmer and social entrepreneur having founded Australian Native wellbeing brand Warndu with her partner Damien. Rebecca has collaborated with We Are Gather on programming and hosting across Truffle Kerfulle, Parrtjima and many more.

Simon Wilson is a prominent figure in Hong Kong’s culinary and entertainment landscape. He co-founded The Grounds at AIA Vitality Park, the city’s leading outdoor entertainment venue, Currently, he is Managing Director and Partner at Greater Bay Media Entertainment, a company delivering innovative media and entertainment platforms across the region.His latest venture, Fork Lore on Instagram, celebrating Hong Kong’s rich gastronomic heritage and offering a fresh, engaging take on its dynamic F&B scene. Simon is a long-term friend and collaborator of We Are Gathers.

Aly (J5 productions) is a long term collaborator with We Are Gather. As a senior producer she has a deep understanding of the nuances relating to big integrated builds and event activations. She has a depth of experience in Live Events and complexities of working in public spaces. Aly always has the knack of capturing the hearts & minds of the production team, visitors and community.
