Fever-Tree is a globally loved brand with a premium, playful edge – and our partnership has been about helping them show up in the Australian market with clarity, creativity, and commercial impact.As a longstanding client, We Are Gather works closely with Fever-Tree to develop and deliver event strategies that build brand affinity, drive deep engagement, and bring their world-class mixers to life through unforgettable guest experiences. Our role has included full production and delivery of the Fever-Tree Gin & Tonic Festival across key national destinations, as well as strategic oversight across sponsorships, consumer engagement, commercial modelling, and event innovation. During the pandemic, we pivoted quickly to develop and deliver a virtual events campaign that kept Fever-Tree connected to its community in a new and highly effective format.
The experience
The Fever-Tree Gin & Tonic Festival is a three-day celebration of great drinks, beautiful locations and effortless connection. Held in iconic locations such as Sydney Harbour and Howard Smith Wharves, the festival has drawn thousands of guests to explore perfect G&T pairings, brand showcases, interactive tastings and premium hospitality – all designed with Fever-Tree’s signature clarity and craft in mind. We Are Gather led end-to-end production, from site planning and supplier management to run-of-show and guest experience design – bringing the brand to life through seamless delivery and high-impact moments.
