In an ongoing partnership with Mellen Events, We Are Gather continues to lead the end-to-end strategy, creative curation, sponsorship, programming and full-scale production. Three years into the festival, Pair'd has matured into a sophisticated annual residency, proving that intentional, sommelier-led curation can deliver both intimate connection and massive commercial scale.

In 2024 and 2025, Pair’d delivered more than 30 curated events across over 26 venues within five days - ranging from luxe beachside dining events to after-dark hawker markets and DJ-led vineyard takeovers. Highlights included The Grand Tasting presented by Singapore Airlines featuring chef Matt Moran, Pair'd Beach Club x Range Rover, Burnt Ends and Friends featuring Francis Mallmann and Dave Pynt, New Wave Gathering and a sunset set by Alex James paired with crayfish rolls and Cullen Wines Chardonnay.
